Da Lydia Cafeteria is committed to ensuring that our passion for creating authentic artisan gelato and sorbet is reflected in each and every mouthful.

We take the finest local ingredients including mango, corossol, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, banana. We add a lot of love and passion for what we do. Then we combine them using traditional methods to create the very best gelato and sorbet.

We produce gelato and sorbets using the traditional artisan methods used by European gelato makers without the use of artificial pre-mixed bases.

Because our gelato and sorbet is made from scratch using real ingredients it tastes like no other. The texture is dense and creamy. The flavour is intense. We are always excited with every new batch we produce.
